Party Packages at BounceCamp Events
Celebrating a birthday or bringing a larger group to BounceCamp? Our party packages let you turn a visit to one of our ticketed inflatable events into a group celebration, with access to the event itself plus a private area, food, drinks and practical extras for your guests.
The package is available for groups purchasing a minimum of 25 full-price tickets. Rather than BounceCamp travelling to you as a conventional inflatable hire service, your group joins one of our scheduled pop-up events and enjoys the attractions running at that venue during your booked session.

What Is Included with a BounceCamp Party Package?
Your group receives admission to the BounceCamp event alongside a dedicated party area and refreshments. It gives children plenty of time on the inflatables while providing somewhere for the group to meet, eat and take a break during the session.
The standard package includes:
- Entry to the BounceCamp event for your booked party guests
- A private gazebo area reserved for your group
- Tables and chairs
- A personal speaker for your party area
- A burger or hot dog for each party guest
- A drink for each guest
- Setup and clean-up of the party area
The inflatable attractions available will depend on the event you are attending. Typical BounceCamp setups can include giant obstacle courses, mega slides, bouncy castles, interactive inflatable games and activity zones for different age groups.
How Does the Private Party Area Work?
Your gazebo provides a base for the group while you are at the event. Guests can return to it between inflatable activities, sit down for food and drinks, open presents or gather together before heading back into the park.
Tables and chairs are included, so there is no need to bring your own party furniture. A personal speaker is also provided, giving you the option to play music within your party area.
Once the session finishes, our team handles the party-area clear-up. You can concentrate on getting everyone together and heading home rather than packing away tables, chairs and party equipment.
Do Party Guests Get to Use the Full Inflatable Event?
Yes. Party guests hold tickets for the BounceCamp session and can use the attractions included with that event, subject to the normal age, height and participation rules for individual equipment.
The exact layout varies because BounceCamp travels between different locations rather than operating one permanent park. One event may have particularly large obstacle courses and slides, while another may include different interactive activities or themed attractions.

What Food Is Included in the Party Package?
Each party guest receives a choice of a burger or hot dog along with a drink.
Additional food and refreshments may also be available to purchase at the event, depending on the venue and date. Individual event pages explain what will be available on site.
How Many Guests Do I Need for a BounceCamp Party?
The minimum booking is 25 full-price tickets.
This makes the package particularly useful for larger birthday groups, groups of school friends, family celebrations and other occasions where you want everyone attending the same BounceCamp session together.

Which BounceCamp Events Can I Book a Party At?
Party availability depends on our touring event programme and the facilities available at each venue. BounceCamp runs ticketed events across different parts of the year, so the location nearest to you may change from month to month.
During the main outdoor season, check July Events and August Events for upcoming dates. Later in the year, October Events and December Events cover our autumn, half-term and Christmas programme.
If you have a birthday date in mind, it is worth checking the upcoming calendar first and finding the BounceCamp event that falls closest to it.
Is a BounceCamp Party Suitable for Different Ages?
Age suitability varies between individual events and attractions, so always check the event listing before arranging the group.
Many BounceCamp events contain several activity areas, which can work particularly well when party guests are not all exactly the same age. Younger visitors may prefer appropriate bounce areas, while older children can spend more time using obstacle courses, large slides and interactive inflatables.
Adults using participating attractions may also require their own ticket. The individual event page will explain the rules that apply to your chosen session.
